Nordic Exposure - April 6

These guided sauna and cold water exposure cycles have tremendous health benefits and are one-of-a-kind! One full cycle entails time in the sauna followed by a dip in the cold tubs repeated three times. When finished, you can warm back up in the sauna! The session takes about an hour.

Each ticket includes a can of sauna water or hops water. You can also add a sauna hat for $10. Yours to keep! Sauna hats protect your hair from drying out and help keep you from overheating in the sauna.

What to wear: bathing suit or spandex type workout clothing. Cotton is not recommended. It's also best to remove any metal jewelry due to the heat.

We have a place for you to change if you choose before/after but most people come with their attire under their clothes so they're ready to go! You're welcome to bring a towel or…
