Meet Martie Kaus

Hi there! My name is Martie Kaus and I am the co-founder of CERO. I live in North Mankato with my children. My youngest has Down syndrome and the journey she has taken us on is an incredible experience that has given me an entirely different perspective on life.

I have a bachelor's degree in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services with an emphasis on Therapeutic Recreation from MSU. I recently left the corporate world and am very excited to get the ball rolling with CERO. I'll wear many hats as we go including being the 'face' behind the majority of the social media posts. Recreation is an important part of my family's life and we love to be outdoors, especially on the water, and know how important it is for mental health. I love to travel and try new things and am looking forward to expanding my experience and knowledge to use with CERO. Dan and I are excited to get the ball rolling on our new venture.
