Join the Board

We would love to hear from you! Having a spot as a Board Member is open to anyone who wants to bring new and unique recreational opportunities to the Mankato Area. These are volunteer positions. Once you're on the Board, you do have the opportunity to run for unpaid Officer positions.

What are our expectations and hopes for someone joining us as a Board Member?

  • We ask that you make at least 75% of the board meetings which are held on the last Tuesday of every month. We prefer you join us in person but virtually is also acceptable.

  • Attend any events you're able to and interested in and volunteer at bigger things when available. 

​​

  • Positively promote and spread the word about CERO as you see fit.

​​

  • Stay informed in between meetings by following us on our website, Facebook page, Instagram, or TikTok. 

​​

  • Professional and respectful communication to your fellow Board Members and with Martie. 

​​

  • Be passionate about at least one of the things CERO is working on and wanting to accomplish in the Mankato Area. 

​

  • Commit to a two year term, if at all possible.
